Isn't she lovely....

There is nothing prettier than the Pyrex Gooseberry mixing bowl set. And I do love this set of bowls.
Maybe even one day I will actually let someone else touch them. :) They are so bright and shiny. And brighten up the cabinet that they live in.
This is a picture of my new pastel yellow casserole sitting with the large pink casserole. Since I have recently purchase that Pyrex book from Amazon. Maybe it will give me a clue about how many sizes the casserole bowl comes in. I am hoping the book is in the mail today.

Be sure to check out all the lovely pink things at:

Haha, they would look beautiful with a crisp green salad in them, but I'm not sure if I could stomach using them as regular dishware either!

So jealous!! I was actually looking for those exact Pyrex mixers today in an antique glassware stores. Hubs didn't quite understand why it *had* to be pink and kept handing me other colors (harvest gold, anyone?!! LOL). But we know better, it's gotta be PINK!

Those are so pretty! I have yet to see them in pink. I remember my mom having several sets years ago in other colors.

I love your gorgeous pink bowls!
They would even make COOKING a joy if you used them!! I am with Fabby,
put them out some place to show and enjoy, and once in a while use them, maybe for a special luncheon.
I am lucky enough to have a divided small casserole dish in that pattern....I would be thrilled
to find more...I was a young bride in the latter '50's and pink things like this were popular then!
Who knew????
Thanks for sharing your pretty pink!!

I have seen a lot of Pyrex in various colors, but I really like these pink ones. No wonder you are particular who touches them.

Ha!! I LOVE that you said "maybe one day you will let someone else touch them!" I have dishes that NO ONE is allowed to touch. My girls and hubby know the rules. My mother almost has it down..but my mother-in-law...oh no. All 4 ft 10 inches of her will use my tea cups that are NOT to be used over and over again. Then just THROW them in the sink. So I moved them up to a higher shelf...she now grabs the step stool to reach them!!
Love your post!
Happy Pink Saturday!
